We are honored to support meaningful events, organizations, and causes within our community. If you are seeking an in-kind rental donation, we welcome you to submit a request for consideration.
Please note that all donation rental requests must directly support a qualified nonprofit organization. Due to the volume of inquiries we receive, requests must be submitted through the form below at least 90 days before your event. While we thoughtfully review each submission, we are not able to fulfill every request.
Priority is given to initiatives that align with creating a positive community impact in the Northeast Florida area. We appreciate the opportunity to learn more about your cause and thank you for considering us as a potential partner.

Donation requests are reviewed on a quarterly basis and evaluated based on event size, alignment, and availability. While we strive to support as many initiatives as possible, full-service donations may not always be feasible. In such cases, partial donations may be offered in exchange for in-kind sponsorship recognition.
